at the beginning of January, 2021, I packed my gear and my wanderlust and set off for a 400 miles day trip to Anza Borrego State Park & the salton sea. To get there from Los Angeles I traveled via Temecula and the magnificent vistas of the route 79 through warner Springs, and i drove back via indio, CA.
